Here at Cherry Blossom Community Care we really want to ensure we provide our service users with the best possible service.

To help achieve this every 3 months we ask Service Users on our caseload to complete a Service Users Experience Survey.

Our Surveys are broken down into the CQC's 5 KLOE's (Key Lines of Enquiry)

Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led

Service Users are asked to score a set of questions relating to each of the KLOE's

The options they can choose from are

Requires Improvement

Good

Outstanding

Surveys can be completed and returned anomalously
